"The best healthy bowl I’ve made this year — so fresh and satisfying!" –Sarah T.

If you’re craving a clean, nourishing meal that supports your gut lining after a bioresonance session, this Healthy Turkey Burger Bowl is it. I came up with this when I wanted a hearty burger feel but without the bun, seed oils, or heavy sauces. It’s become a family favorite — everyone loves building their own colorful bowl, squeezing fresh lemon, and drizzling that simple dressing.

Healthy Turkey Burger Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

For the turkey burgers:

  • 1 lb pasture-raised ground turkey

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)

  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or ghee (for cooking)

For the bowl:

  • 2 cups shredded romaine or spinach

  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • Fresh herbs (cilantro or dill)

  • Fresh lemon or lime wedges

Optional simple dressing:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

  • Pinch of sea salt & black pepper

Directions

Mix & shape: Combine turkey, mustard, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

  1. Cook burgers: Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 4–5 min per side, until done.

  2. Prep bowl: Fill bowls with greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, avocado.

  3. Top & serve: Add warm burger, drizzle dressing, garnish with herbs & citrus.

Gut Tip: Pasture-raised turkey keeps omega-6 low. Herbs, lemon, and vinegar layer detox support.
